Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Augmented ENT processes, why it is used, and how account, learning progress, and technical data are handled.

Last updated March 17, 2026

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the platform, Augmented ENT may collect:

  • account details such as email address and authentication identifiers;
  • basic profile data returned by your chosen sign-in provider, such as Google;
  • learning progress, including completed modules and saved quiz scores;
  • assessment records, including question responses and session history;
  • technical data needed to operate the service, including auth cookies and request logs.

2. How we use information

We use this information to:

  • create and secure user accounts;
  • sign users in and maintain authenticated sessions;
  • save progress across videos, quizzes, and related learning tools;
  • monitor platform reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues;
  • improve educational delivery and feature quality.

3. Legal and operational basis

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is generally carried out because it is necessary to provide the service you request, to protect the platform and its users, and to pursue legitimate interests in operating and improving the service.

4. Sharing and service providers

Augmented ENT uses third-party infrastructure to operate the platform. This includes Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Google when you choose Google sign-in.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to enforce terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.

5. Cookies and session technologies

The platform uses essential cookies to maintain authenticated sessions and support secure sign-in flows. Augmented ENT does not currently describe any advertising cookies or third-party behavioural tracking on this site.

More detail is available in the Cookie Notice.

6. Retention

Account data, progress tracking, and assessment history are retained for as long as needed to operate the service and preserve your learning records, unless deletion is requested or retention is required for security, audit, or legal reasons.

Backup copies and logs may persist for a limited period after live data is removed.

7. Your choices

You can choose whether to create an account, what sign-in method to use, and whether to continue using the platform.

If you need account deletion or privacy-related support, contact the organisation operating this deployment of Augmented ENT through the contact route made available to you.

8. International processing

Depending on hosting and service-provider configuration, data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, reasonable safeguards should be used for those transfers.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
