1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Augmented ENT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all visitors, learners, and account holders who access the platform.

2. Accounts and access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials, and restricting access to your account.

Accounts are personal to the registered user and must not be shared, sublicensed, or transferred without permission.

3. Permitted use

Augmented ENT is provided for lawful educational and training use. You may not:

  • copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the service;
  • scrape, data-mine, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform;
  • upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
  • use the content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.

4. Educational use only

The platform is intended for education and professional development. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment instructions, or a substitute for clinical judgement, supervision, or formal training.

You remain solely responsible for how you apply any information in clinical, academic, or simulation settings.

5. Intellectual property and content rights

Unless otherwise stated, the site design, text, videos, assessments, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Augmented ENT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Ear models acknowledged on this platform remain subject to their creators' rights. Commercial use of those models is not permitted without explicit permission from the relevant authors.

6. Availability and service changes

Augmented ENT may update, suspend, or remove features, content, or access pathways at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content will remain current, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

7. Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, which explain how account, progress, and technical data are handled.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Augmented ENT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or reliance-based losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached, if the platform is misused, or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Augmented ENT after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
